| 1984-'85, 1987-'89 | Arnold Hampel served as director of PMBC. |
| 1989-'91 | Randal Hauptmann served as director of PMBC. |
| 1985-'86, 1991-'95 | Marvin J. Starzyk served as director of PMBC |
| 1995-2001 | Thomas L. Sims served as director of PMBC. |
| 2001-2004 | Joel P. Stafstrom served as director of PMBC. |
| 2005-present | Jozef J. Bujarski serves as director of PMBC. |
